Sorting & Processing

Transparency, from intake to dispatch

What happens before it reaches you

Every crate that arrives at our facility is graded, cleaned, and checked before it's approved for packing. We built our process around one idea: you should never have to wonder what happened to your produce between the farm and your door.

This page is our commitment to that — a transparent look at how we sort, process, and prepare every batch we ship.

Our process

Five stages, the same standard every time

1
Harvest & intake

Produce arrives fresh from partner farms and is logged by batch

2
Sorting & grading

Manual and visual inspection for size, ripeness, and quality

3
Washing & cleaning

Thorough washing to food-safety standards before handling

4
Processing & packing

Fresh packing, flash-freezing, or NFC aseptic filling as needed

5
Cold-chain dispatch

Temperature-controlled handoff to keep quality intact in transit

Quality & hygiene standards

Our facility follows strict hygiene protocols at every stage — from staff handling procedures to equipment sanitation and batch traceability. Every shipment can be traced back to its intake date and source.

We're continually working toward formal food-safety certifications for the facility; details and documentation will be published here as they're finalized.
